God’s Grace Is Greater Than Our Sins

We are all human and we all sin. We all make mistakes. And when we do, Satan can make us think we can’t be forgiven. Satan may even suggest that while Jesus forgives most sins, our particular sin is so bad it can’t be forgiven.
But that’s not true. There is nothing you and I have done that can’t be forgiven if we will repent of our sin and ask the Lord for forgiveness.
In the Bible, King David was the greatest King of Israel. But, David committed adultery. For some time he hid his sin… he didn’t confess it.
But, Psalm 32 tells us that eventually David did ask for forgiveness. He said, “I confessed all my sins to you and stopped trying to hide my quilt.” Then David confessed his sin and the Lord forgave him. David added, “All my guilt is gone.”
Maybe there is something you did and you think you can’t be forgiven. Satan is making you think it’s too great a sin to be forgiven. But Satan is wrong. You can be forgiven, if you will confess your sins.
So, if there is something you haven’t confessed… something you have been to ashamed to ask forgiveness for, confess it to the Lord and Jesus will forgive you.
As the old hymn says;
“Grace, grace, God’s grace. Grace that will pardon and cleanse within.
Grace, grace, God’s grace. Grace that is greater than all our sins.”
