Dealing With Worry

Do you ever worry? Ok, I hear some people saying, “Yes…daily or maybe several times a day.”

Most of us worry some. Some worry more than others. I confess that I am a member of the worry club.

Mark Twain once said, “I’ve had a lot of worries in my life, most of which never happened.”

He’s right…we often worry about things that never happen. But, that doesn’t stop us from worrying.

George Mueller once said, “The beginning of anxiety is the end of faith, and the beginning of true faith is the end of anxiety.”

Proverbs 12:25 says, “Anxiety in the heart of man weighs it down, but a good word makes it glad.”

I am prone to worry and it’s something I’m asking the Lord to help me with. I know that worry does NO good…NONE…but I still worry at times. Join me and let’s worry less and trust God more.”
