If God Has Called You, God Will Use You

Have you ever been asked to do something for the Lord and you have thought, “Oh know, not me, Lord… surely not me.”
Maybe you have said, “Lord, I can’t speak well… I get anxious when I have to speak to a group… I can’t do this; please get someone else.”
Or, maybe you have said, “You know, I don’t know the Bible well enough… I’m sure there is someone who knows the Bible better than me… please get someone else.”
Or, “I’m not educated enough… surely there is someone with more education than me… please get someone else.”
You may well have given God any or all of those excuses at times. But, that’s what they are; excuses.
In the book of Exodus, God called Moses to go to Pharoah and tell him to let Israel leave Egypt. But Moses replied, (among other things), “Lord, I don’t speak well; I never have… please get someone else.” So, the Lord called Aaron, Moses’ brother, to be his mouthpiece.
What about you? Has God called you to do something but you have refused or resisted? It may be that you are currently struggling with a decision. Maybe you have been asked to do something in your church but you aren’t sure if you can do it.
Friend, if God has called you, God will equip you. If you will just give yourself to God, He will take care of the rest.
God doesn’t call the qualified but God qualifies the called. So if God has called you,       God will qualify you.
God will us whatever you have.
Moses had a rod… God used him.
David had a sling… God used him.
The disciples had a net… God used them.
The little boy had a small lunch but God used it.
God can use whatever we have if we give it to Him. Today, if God has called you, God will use you.
